Processors, exporters, hotels, restaurants, caterers and institutional buyers: prepare the following before you submit, so we can assess your requirement quickly.

• Product and required quantity, with expected order frequency
• Specification — variety, grade, moisture, size, condition, temperature or pack size
• Delivery location, required date and preferred schedule
• Payment terms — immediate payment or a credit supply request
• Any required documents — inspection, laboratory, phytosanitary, fumigation or other

Offer your produce

Farm-gate producers and primary seafood sources: email your offer and our sourcing team will review it. Please include:

• Product and available quantity
• Farm, community, or seafood source location
• Bag, pack, or unit weight
• Known quality specifications
• Asking price and the unit it applies to
• Availability date
• Your contact information
• Relevant photographs or supporting documents
